Status: Configuration: supported, but dependent on creator setup, provider credentials, or backend configuration.

Before checkout

  • Read the offer name, outcome, price, currency, and creator information before continuing.
  • Review the creator-provided refund and delivery terms for the offer.
  • Use an email address you can access; it is the primary identity used to match customer activity.

What happens after you pay

  1. Checkout creates a payment reference - LevelSell records the selected offer and customer intent before sending you to the configured payment provider.
  2. The provider processes the payment - The provider result is not treated as final just because the browser returns to LevelSell.
  3. The backend verifies the result - LevelSell confirms the payment and records the order in the authoritative finance flow.
  4. Access is granted from verified state - Only the verified payment result can create the supported entitlement, webinar access, course access, or delivery handoff.

Use status language carefully

  • Payment pending: The provider or LevelSell has not completed verification. Do not pay again without checking the order.
  • Payment verified: The backend accepted the provider result and can apply the supported post-payment outcome.
  • Access pending: Payment may be verified while a connected delivery or access operation is still completing.
  • Access active: The supported entitlement or event access is available to the customer.
A success screen is not proof by itselfIf the provider, order, and access status disagree, keep the provider reference and contact support instead of creating a second payment.
