The six setup sections
- Basics: Name, presenter, format, schedule, duration, and optional customer-path link.
- Video: Choose the supported source and provide only the fields required for it.
- Engagement: Place supported chat or reaction moments on a mm:ss timeline.
- Offer: Choose a creator-owned product and the reveal or hide timing.
- Access: Select free or paid access; paid access requires price and currency.
- Replay: Enable replay, delay, expiry, and a separate source when required.
Review before publishing
- Save each changed section - Unsaved changes stay local until the section save succeeds.
- Open review - Confirm the webinar name, source, schedule, access rules, and any optional timeline.
- Publish from review - The backend validates the configuration and remains authoritative for public availability.
