Collect the minimum useful fields

A form should ask only for information needed by the next customer step, CRM segmentation, or a supported workflow. Email remains the safest identity field for deduplication.

Understand shared forms

Editing a shared form affects every connected pageIf one page needs fewer or different fields, duplicate the form and name the copy after that page. Existing CRM data is not removed when a later form stops collecting a field.
  1. Choose the saved form - Connect an existing creator-owned form when every page should share the same schema.
  2. Duplicate for variation - Create a page-specific copy before removing, reordering, or replacing fields.
  3. Test a submission - Use an identified test contact and verify the resulting CRM record and next step.
