# What is LevelSell?

> A connected selling workspace for turning expertise into a clear customer journey.

<Note>
  **Status:** Available: documented behavior that is ready to use today.
</Note>

## Goal

Understand how the product fits together before building your first customer path.

## Start with the job you need to do

* [Customer](/customers/buying-and-access) - Buy, access, troubleshoot, and request help.
* [Creator](/getting-started/quick-start) - Build, publish, automate, and operate.
* [Affiliate](/affiliates/marketplace-status) - Understand certification status and commission rules.
* [Partner or buyer](/platform/diligence-overview) - Review boundaries, controls, and readiness evidence.

## How to think about LevelSell

LevelSell is one workspace for the customer-facing steps and follow-up that help a creator sell knowledge online. Each tool keeps one responsibility while the customer record connects the handoffs.

<Note>
  **One customer, one connected path**

  A page creates action, a form captures structured data, a webinar presents value, checkout verifies payment, CRM keeps the record, and workflows continue the conversation.
</Note>

## Primary product surfaces

* **Launchpad:** Shows the next setup or launch action without dashboard noise.
* **Customer paths:** Order the customer-facing steps from first visit to completion.
* **Builders:** Configure pages, forms, webinars, products, and workflows in their own workspaces.
* **CRM:** Keeps one customer record per email and the activity connected to it.
* **Dashboard:** Summarizes verified business activity after creators begin operating.

## What the backend decides

The interface collects intent and displays returned state. The backend remains authoritative for payment, access, credits, KYC, commissions, workflow execution, provider calls, and protected side effects.

<Tip>
  **Truthful customer state**

  A browser success screen never replaces verified payment, delivery, enrollment, or workflow execution.
