# Affiliate and store

> Separate public discovery, affiliate promotion, and creator selling responsibilities.

## Store responsibility

The public store helps customers discover available creator offers and open the correct product or checkout journey. Product management stays in the creator workspace.

## Affiliate responsibility

* The certified marketplace will let affiliates discover eligible offers and use approved tracking links.
* Creators decide which supported offers participate.
* The backend remains authoritative for attribution, commission state, KYC, payout eligibility, and reversals.

## Role boundaries

  Affiliate accounts should not receive creator builders, CRM, product management, or workflow tools until they explicitly become a creator.
