# Configure an automated webinar

> Set up timed teaching, engagement, an offer, access, and replay from one guided workspace.

  **Status:** Configuration: supported, but dependent on creator setup, provider credentials, or backend configuration.

## The six setup sections

* **Basics:** Name, presenter, format, schedule, duration, and optional customer-path link.
* **Video:** Choose the supported source and provide only the fields required for it.
* **Engagement:** Place supported chat or reaction moments on a mm:ss timeline.
* **Offer:** Choose a creator-owned product and the reveal or hide timing.
* **Access:** Select free or paid access; paid access requires price and currency.
* **Replay:** Enable replay, delay, expiry, and a separate source when required.

## Review before publishing

1. **Save each changed section** - Unsaved changes stay local until the section save succeeds.
2. **Open review** - Confirm the webinar name, source, schedule, access rules, and any optional timeline.
3. **Publish from review** - The backend validates the configuration and remains authoritative for public availability.

## Customer-facing language

  **Keep the delivery method private**

  Attendees should see the webinar title, presenter, schedule, room, and replay state—not internal labels such as automated webinar or backend timing.
