# Plans, billing, and payouts

> Understand what the interface displays and what the backend must verify.

## Plans and usage

Plan availability, limits, included credits, paid tools, discounts, and current pricing come from platform settings. Marketing or documentation summaries are never checkout authority.

## Payments

* **Customer payment:** A customer pays for a creator-owned offer through a backend-created payable session.
* **Creator payment:** A creator pays LevelSell for a platform plan, wallet credit, or supported admin-owned product.
* **Payout:** Eligible creator or affiliate funds move through the configured payout provider after authoritative checks.

## If payment is unclear

* Do not pay again immediately.
* Keep the provider reference and time of payment.
* Refresh verified order status from the relevant order or payment view.
* Contact support when the provider and LevelSell status disagree.
